Narada Case: Calcutta High Court Order in Didi Plea Today

Kolkata: The five judges from the Calcutta High Court ordered order after hearing the application by CM Mamata Banerjee, Minister of Law Moloy Ghatak, and the West Bengal government, urged the court to receive information on their information and record it in the case of Narada.
The bench will say the order on Wednesday, the subrata chattoraj reported.
HC bench has refused to hear three parties, encouraging them to move the Supreme Court.
SC directs them to submit an affidavits with an application that explains the reason why it should be taken on the note.
Justice I P Mukjaji observed that the bench needed to determine whether the written submission by the three applicants was “spontaneous or reflection”.
