NEW DELHI: The CBI transferred the Supreme Court on Monday alleging that Trinamool Congress employees, headed by West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, generated a large law and order position to stop the agency by generating four detained TMC members prior to a trial court and also contested the Calcutta HC’s decision letting home arrest of this Narada scam arrested.
