KOLKATA: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday surfaced prior to the Calcutta high court which it cancel the event before the special CBI court after the arrest of two West Bengal ministers, an MLA and a former town mayor from the Narada sting cassette case.

The five-judge seat granted interim bail on May 28 into ministers Subrata Mukherjee along with Firhad Hakim, Trinamool Congress MLA Madan Mitra and preceding Kolkata mayor Sovan Chatterjee, that had been detained on May 17 from the CBI, that will be exploring the Narada sting cassette instance to a 2017 arrangement of their high court.
The special CBI court had granted them bail on that day , however the arrangement was stayed by the high court, which remanded them to judicial custody.
