KOLKATA: The Calcutta high court on Friday granted interim bail to four mature Bengal politicians detained by the CBI from the Narada sting surgery event on May 17.
Each of four — cabinet ministers Firhad Hakim and Subrata Mukherjee, Trinamool MLA Madan Mitra and prior Kolkata mayor Sovan Chatterjee — were under house arrest from May 21.
The five-judge seat gave the four bond to a personal bond of Rs two lakh each and every sureties.
The court led the priests to not talk to the network or make public remarks in relation to the case pending in court rather than to”tamper with signs or try to intimidate or affect the opinion”.
