Mumbai: Special NDPS Court on Thursday rejected the Guarantee Application submitted by Anuj Keshwani, one of the accused along with Rhea Chakrabarty, Bollywood actor boyfriend Singh Rajput.
He was allegedly found to have a commercial quantity of LSD, drugs under the Narcotics Act and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS).
The November High Court last November directed Gujarat Forensic Science Laboratory to submit a report within six weeks to a special NDPS court after holding it only because the blot paper can be licked or put into a glass of water, it does not always mean that the paper must be excluded while determining the weight of the LSD.
