Naseeruddin Shah recently lamented the death of legendary actor Dilip Kumar.
While he praised his appearance, he questioned his contribution to the cinema.
In a piece written for news publications, Naseeruddin was reported to say that some of his works would no doubt survive in the test of time but, given the position he was, it was more than clear he was not enough to be involved in acting and involved in the social cause close to his heart.
The actor also added that the iconic actor late only produced one film, did not direct anyone, never continued his experience, did not bother managing anyone, and despite the pre-1970s show, lagging was not significant.
Lessons for future actors.
According to Shah, even his autobiography was just an old interview rehash.
