Kalyan: Police Bazarpeth in Kalyan in the Thane District has recorded a Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Official Corporation (KDMC) for insulting the Indian national flag.
KDMC is conducting a re-examination program from 1 November to 30 November.
During the program, KDMC uses artwork on the national flag at the main entrance of the KDMC head office in the re-examination of voters.
Learning about the same thing, the leader of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Rupesh Bhir has filed a complaint at the Bazarpeth Police Station who accused the insult of a national flag.
Acting on Bhoir’s complaint, on Monday, the police ordered KDMC officials concerned under Section 2 insulting prevention of the IPC National Honorary Law.
