BHUBANESWAR: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday declared a new strategy – Ashirbad- to present monthly financial help to children orphaned by Covid-19 or missing of their parents.
The newest social welfare strategy declared on Father’s Day guarantees to aid three groups of children– people that have lost their parents, individuals who have dropped unmarried parent and people who have lost a parent (the main bread earner) on or after April 1, 2020.
