Navi Mumbai: The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) on Thursday told me that 86 people were tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.
The total number in this region has now increased to 1.2.406.
Two people surrendered to the virus in the last 24 hours, took the overall death count to 1,794.
Also, 104 people were dismissed from hospital after recovery.
Until now, 90,139 people have recovered.
The active case in this region now stands at 1,473.
Meanwhile, 415 people are in house isolation.
Among new cases, 29 people were tested positive in the bellapur, 18 in Vashi, 12 in Turbhe, 10 in Koparkhairne, seven each in Ghansoli and Airoli and one in Digha.
