Navi Mumbai: Corporation of City and Industry Development (CIDCO), a Maharashtra Government Planning Institute, will auction 203 commercial plots of housing in Navi Mumbai under three schemes, he said in the release on Wednesday.
Of these, 12 housing-commercial plots are located in Kharghar, Kalamloli and Panvel New (E) under the first scheme, sized ranging from 1,902.43 sq mt to 8,143,3 sq mt.
A total of 182 housing plots ranging from 41.41 SQ MT to 391 SQ MT available at Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and Panvel under the second scheme, and nine housing-cum-commercial plots start at 753.09 SQ to 1,403.70 sq MT is available in Koparkhairie and Nerul with the third scheme.
These three schemes are expected to stimulate the real estate sector and improve the economic economy in the middle of the pandemic, said CidCo.
Plot sales will be carried out via e-tender and e-auction, the government managed by the government.
