Navi Mumbai: Land balcony plus one one-story shop collapsed in Nerul on Thursday afternoon.
The incident occurred at around 1:20 a.m.
in Sherawane in Sector 1.
The Navi Mumbai Fire Brigade team rushed with a fire tender.
There were no reported injuries.
Meanwhile, heavy rains put Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane among other regions.
Because of rain, two trees fell on CBD of the Laking.
One tree crashed in the 9 sector at CBD Laking on Green Valley Park.
The incident occurred around 3pm.
Other trees fell in sector 29 at CBD Laking near Indian oil pump.
