Navi Mumbai: Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) on Friday told 69 people were tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.
The overall cases in the region have increased to 1.02,113.
Three people surrendered to the virus in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll as a whole to 1,787.
Meanwhile, 161 people were sent home from the hospital after recovering.
Until now, 98,813 people have recovered.
The active case in this region now stands at 1.513.
Meanwhile, 440 people in house isolation.
Among the new cases, 17 people were tested positively at Vashi, 15 in Koparchairne, 11 in Airoli, 10 in the bellapur, nine in Nerul, five in Turbhe, and two in Ghansoli.
There are no new cases found in Digha.
