Navi Mumbai: Area Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) on Wednesday repent a new Covid-19 case surge.
With 99 people who test positive in the last 24 hours, the total number has increased to 1,02,935.
Two patients also gave up on the virus, took the total number of deaths to 1,807.
Also, 99 people were dismissed from the hospital after recovering.
Until now, 99,811 people have recovered.
Active cases in this region now stand at 1,317.
Meanwhile, 383 people are in house isolation.
Among the new cases, 25 people were tested positive for nerul, followed by 18 in Turbhe, 16 in Airoli, 11 in Vashi, nine each in Koparkhairne and Ghansoli, eight in default, and three in Digha.
