The pursuit of actions taken by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case of cruise drugs ‘fake’, Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik on Wednesday alleged that the agency was misleading with special narcotics drugs and psychotropic courts (NDPS).

Reacting to the rejection of the Aryan Khan Guarantee Application, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha because of their alleged involvement in the case of the Shipping Medicine Party, said Malik, “All the actions of the NCB were Bogus.
And I still behave Adamant about it.
Not drugs found on shipping .
All of these actions are fake.
NCB is trying to terrorize them in Mumbai.
”
“NCB misleads the court.
But all of this will be clear in the future,” he added.

Special Narcotics Medication Mumbai and Psychotropic Court (NDPS) on Wednesday rejected the Arya Khan Guarantee Application, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha for alleged involvement in the case of the Cruise drug party.
The NCB team damaged the alleged drug party on the Cordelia cruise ship which was heading to Goa on the mid-sea on October 2.
As many as 20 people, including two Nigerian citizens, have been arrested so far in this case related to the seizure of drugs after the attack on a party on the Cordelia cruise ship from Mumbai Beach in October 2.
