Mumbai: NCP spokesman Nawab Malik on Sunday alleged that NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede was part of the conspiracy for the kidnapping of actor Shah Rukh Khan Aryan for ransom, while the former BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya was the mastermind of the entire plot.
Malik clarified that his fight did not oppose BJP or against NCB, but he would continue his campaign against errors in the system.
Both Wankhede and Bhartiya have denied Malik’s allegations, said they were unfounded and wrong.
“I made a statement with full responsibility.
Wankhede was part of the plot working with Bharatiya, which was part of the Wankhede Personal Forces.
Initially, the agreement was repaired for RS 25 Crore, then after negotiations, reduced to Rs 18 Crore, while Rs 50 Lakh has been given.
Unfortunately, the agreement was unsuccessful because of the main witness Selfie Kiran Gosavi with Aryan, who became viral, “Malik said.
“These are all lies.
Malik maintains accusations without basis.
Aryan was produced before the court and the Magistrate Court session where he said he had no complaints against the NCB.
In HC, during the hearing of the bail, both Aryan and his lawyer leveled all the charges against NCB.
Defense Even submit a written statement on HC that said they would stay away from a statement made by a politician, “Wankhede told Toi.
A few days after the cruise raided by NCB, Malik had alleged that the attack was fake and made.
Malik accused that despite the rejection of Wankhede, he has confirmed the information that Bharatiya did meet him near a grave in the outskirts of Oshiwara.
He alleged that besides Bharatiya, his brother-in-law Risabh Sachdeva, Pratik Gabba and Aamir Furniturewala played a role in taking Arya to a cruise ship.
While Arya was arrested, Sachdeva, Gabba and Furniturewala were left for obvious reasons.
Malik demanded that decisive action must be taken against the NCB quartet – Wankhede, Ashish Ranjan, VV Singh and Driver Wankhede – adding that they were involved in wrong acts at the NCB zonal office.
He said NCB had to stop terrorizing Shah Rukh Khan on the ground that he was also the defendant because he paid Rs 50 Lakh as a ransom.
