Mumbai: NCP spokesman Nawab Malik on Tuesday increased his drive against director Zonal Narcotics Control Bureau Sameer Wankhede and accused the officers to protect mafia drugs and fashion designers Kashff Kashff Kashff.
Sharing a series of WHATSAPP chat between K P Gosavi, Independent NCB witness in the case of a cruise drug attack, and informant, Malik accused that the chat showed that they planned to trap the people on the ship.
Chat said Kashiff Khan, and he was identified as a suspect.
However, he was not captured by NCB, said Malik.
“Wankhede had to clean up his relationship with Khan and explain to people about why he was allowed to go and innocent people to catch and send to prison,” he said.
