Srinagar: PDP’s restriction, all political parties in the Kashmir Valley on Monday showed that they tended to join the restriction commission for deliberation, which will start a four-day visit from tomorrow.
The restriction commission, led by the retired Supreme Court Judge Ranjana Desai, together with the Head of Sushil Chandra’s Commissioner (CEC), is visiting Jammu & Kashmir from July 6 to 9 to interact with political parties, administrative officials and public representatives about borders – The limit of the assembly is also a parliamentary constituency.
“We have decided to meet with the restriction commission.
We will frame the document and present in the presence of a commission and will also share with the media,” said the leader of the Senior National Conference Nasir Wani.
Senior CPI leader (M) Mohammad Yusuf Tarigami also confirmed his party met with a commission.
“Whatever we say, we will say at the meeting,” Tarigami said.
But a senior PDP leader, said they were hesitant for participation in the meeting.
“Nothing was decided.
We still conduct consultations,” he added.
People’s conference, Party APNI, Congress, BJP has confirmed that they will meet the commission.
The People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) last night the Alliance authorization partner to make individual decisions about the problem because there is no consensus that can be seen in different views.
Member of NC Parliament (MPS) Farooq Abdullah, Hasnain Masoodi and Mohammad Akbar Lone previously boycotted a commission meeting.
The change in the heart in the NC was witnessed after the minister of UNI house Amit Shah and LT Governor Manoj Sinha announced that the selection in Jammu & Kashmir will be held only after the restrictions process is complete.
They have appealed to political parties to participate in deliberations so the process is completed as early as possible for the election.
On June 23, a member of the Election Commissioner of Commissioner and Deputy (DES) Chandra Bhushan Kumar held a virtual meeting with 20 representatives of Jammu & Kashmir Commissioner.
Before the State BiFurburcasi into two Union regions in August 2019, the effective strength of the Jammu & Kashmir assembly was 87, including four seats from Ladakh which is now a separate union area without legislature.
The current strength of the assembly of Jammu & Kashmir which is dispersed reaches 83.
