Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau recently moved a special NDPS court which looked for the sound sample of the NCP Minister Nawab Malik’s son-in-law of Sameer Khan and others in drug cases.
Khan came out on a guarantee since September.
This case will appear to hear on November 20.
NCB transferred a request for certain materials recently found that sound samples needed.
NCB has arrested Khan in July this year, accusing him investing funds in drug trafficking together with the British arrested, Karan Sejnani.
NCB accused Khan to be part of the syndicate and involved in dealing with, peddling and consuming drugs.
When giving him a guarantee, the court has said quantum as confiscated in accordance with chemical analysis reports is not the number of “commercial” and charges of reduction and conspiracy made by NCB do not apply.
The court also showed that there was no “anything except the statement accused and accused of being together” to connect them with contraband goods.
Medicines 194kg seized, the active constituents of marijuana were found at 1.2Kg, which placed the number of contrabands in the “medium” category.
