Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday conducted a raid on Bandra, Andheri and the Powai Mumbai region as part of its operations against drug vendors, officials said.
Operations are being carried out by various Zonal Mumbai unit teams from anti-drug agents based on specific inputs, he said.
“The operation began in the morning and still continued,” the official said.
Two weeks back, the NCB team led by zonal director Sameer Wankhede, has invaded Cordelia Cruise from Mumbai beach and allegedly using drugs.
Some people, including Aryan Khan, son of actor Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested in connection with this case.
Last Saturday, NCB had searched the film producer Imtiyaz Khatri’s Residence and Office in Suburban Bandra.
