New Delhi: National Center Good Governance (NCGG) works to design a customized training module and its implementation by considering the requirements of neighboring countries, according to an official statement issued on Thursday.
In the past recent, NCGG has carried out several capacity building training programs on public policy and governance for neighboring civil servants.
Until now, NCGG has trained around 2,500 international civil servants from various countries such as Bangladesh, Maldives, Myanmar and several African countries in offline mode, said statements issued by the Ministry of Personnel, public complaints and retirement.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, NCGG conducted a series of virtual workshops on good governance practices in pandemic.
Until now, more than 47 countries have participated from Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.
A total of 1,250-plus participants have attended this workshop, he said.
In this context, the need to do a webinar that displays administrative innovation at the national or state and district level.
As a result, virtual webinars on “administrative innovations – Seva Kendra & E-Office” are scheduled to be held on August 6, the statement said.
The workshop tried to unite more than 100 international civil servants from Indian technical and economic cooperation countries (ITEC) for knowledge sharing sessions with the aim of the deployment of innovative practices in the administration.
NCGG will do two more webinars like that for a year.
The initial address will be delivered by Sanjay Kumar Singh, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reform and Public Complaints and Chairperson, Management Committee, National Governance Center.
The main speaker for webinars is Sanjay Bhattacharya, Secretary (CPV & OIA), the External Ministry and Dr.
Neta Verma, Director General, NIC, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
NCGG, the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Partner Institute (ITEC), intends to form an open, inclusive and balanced forum for a geographically during the session, the main speakers from various backgrounds must be given and shared forums.
Work is done successfully and how it can be replicated by fiddling with the same according to the needs and local environment, he said.
The discussion will also contribute to releasing potential synergies between various countries and stakeholders in accordance with innovation identified in the session, the statement said.
Together, the participants inside and abroad will develop knowledge about the themes discussed and further to improve the structures that exist throughout the country as a whole, he said.
