Nagpur: Delegation of the National Congress Party (NCP) met with the Central Investigation Central Bureau (CBI) on Tuesday, demanding action on the official sales of coal rejected, non-non-payment of GST royalties and mining, which they said caused loss.
Rs 5,950 crore to the government.
The NCP delegation, led by Netas, such as Prashant Pawar and Duneshwar Pete, has demanded an investigation into Maharashtra State Mining Corporation Limited, the state power plant company Maharashtra Limited, Indian Bureau and Private Players concerned.
The NCP leaders claimed some differences in dealing had the cost of Mahagenco lost around RS4,760 Crore because of coal sales were rejected to the cooler.
Their complaints also mention the loss of around RS952 Crores for GST non-Payment and RS238 Crore for non-royalty payments, including tax avoidance and the task.
The delegation also stated that investigations needed for coal disposal by cotton-shirts of guidelines.
Delegates have shown alleged money laundering by private companies involved with Mahagenco.
