NCPCR is looking for an explanation from Digvijaya for comments on children who study in schools supported by RSS

NEW DELHI: The body of the Rights of the APEX NCPCR child on Monday was looking for an explanation from the leader of the Congress and former Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijaya Singh for his conjecture that students were taught hatred at Saraswati Shishu Mandir School supported by RSS.
The National Commission for Child Rights Protection (NCPCR) also wrote to Madhya Pradesh DGP to investigate this problem and submit a report within seven days.

Acting on the complaint, Chairman of NCPCR Priyank Kanoongo wrote to Singh, looking for an explanation for his comments.

Prima Facie Comments made by you seem to violate the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Along with this, it also seems to be contrary to the principles of Law Justice Juvenile, “Kanoongo said in his letter to Singh.
“If you want to provide certain factual information about the statement made by you to the Commission, please make it available for the commission within three days of receipt of the letter,” said NCPCR’s head to Singh.
