BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya on Saturday accused one Sunil Patil from Dhule, ‘which was closely related to the NCP leaders including former Minister of Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh’, was the mastermind of the Bust Drive Cruise episode where Bollywood Superstar Shah Khan Khan was the defendant.
Overcoming the press conference here, Bharatiya also accused Deshmukh has met with drug sellers and Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim’s Acome Chinku Pathhan at Sahyadri State Guest House here when tight locking applies.
Spokesman for the National Congress Party (NCP) and Minister of Maharashtra Nawab Malik mentioned the accusation “failed efforts by (NCB Mumbai Zonal Director) Sameer Wankhede Private forces to regret and distract from the truth”.
Bharatiya, former Secretary General of Mumbai BJP, also claimed that Kiran Gosavi, witnesses the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case of medicine-on-cruise, was Sunil Patil’s colleague.
He claimed Patil had been related to Sam D’Souza and Gosavi since October 1 before the cruise ship was raided by NCB.
An independent witness and Gosavi Prabhakar Sail Guards last month claimed that he had heard Gosavi who discussed the planned payment of Rs 25 Crore by telephone with D’Souza, including Rs 8 Crore for Sameer Wankhede after Aryan Khan was arrested.
Wankhede has denied all the charges against him.
“Sunil Patil, whose name emerged during an investigation into allegations of corruption in NCB officials, closely related to several NCP leaders including the former Minister of Home Anil Deshmukh.
Patil is the mastermind from all the founders.
He is among the founders of NCP members and closely related to some NCP leaders Over the past 20 years, “Alleged Bharatiya.
He said Patil was ‘close friend’ Anil Deshmukh’s son, Hrishikesh Deshmukh.
“Patil was involved in the transfer / post racet (police officer) during the previous NCP government from 1999 to 2014 and again from 2019 when Maha Vikas Aghadi came to power,” Alleged Bharatiya.
On January 21, 2021, NCB damaged the drug factory operated by Chinku Pathhan in Dongri in Mumbai, he accused.
“The NCB team has won weapons and drugs,” he said.
Meanwhile, Malik said he would “reveal the truth tomorrow” at a press conference.
