Gurgaon: The first phase of the selection process for free training facilities under the Super NDA program will be held on August 10, the Ministry of Education has announced.
This facility aims to help students from government schools who aspire to join the National Defense Academy (NDA).
In the first phase, 200 children will be selected for Super Nda 2022 and Super Nda 2023, officials say.
The two-hour pen-and-paper exam will be held in 22 centers – one government school in each district – and 1,400 students from the state have submitted a program.
“This is a Level-1 exam to choose students for our free training facility.
With the Covid situation under control, we find it worthy of holding an offline exam.
The instructions have been issued for district officials to make special arrangements in accordance with the state government orders,” said A senior official from the Ministry of Education.
The Ministry of Education has directed district officials to clear the center before the examination.
Each center must have two different entry points and students and students must be allowed to move in staggering ways.
The centers have been asked to have a maximum of 18 students in one room and ensure that no one shares a stationery.
The Super NDA program is being carried out by the Directorate of Secondary Education.
Last month, the department had proposed to start training facilities for government school students who wanted to join NDA.
“Most students in Haryana do not have sufficient resources to prepare the entrance.
We want to bridge the gap,” Kanwar Pal Education Minister said.
In the first edition, there will be 200 students.
For the first group, 100 class XII students will be selected and trained to enter the NDA scheduled in 2022.
For the second batch, 100 students from class XI will appear for the NDA entrance in 2023.
The program will begin on September 1.
