The Special Court here on Saturday was given a guarantee to accuse the Aachit Kumar drug seller and six others were arrested in the case of drug confiscation, where actor son of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan Aryan Khan was one of the accused.
Special Court Judge V V Patil, hearing case related to narcotics drugs and psychotropic substance (NDPS), given guarantees to seven accused.
With this, 12 of the 20 defendants arrested have received guarantees in the case of high profile so far.
Previously, the NDS court denied guarantees to Aryan Khan.
However, the Bombay High Court on Thursday guarantees Him and two Arbaaz traders who accused and Munmun Dhamecha.

NCB claims that it has captured Aachit Kumar based on Aryan Khan’s statement and Arbaaz Merchant.
Agency has accused that he used to supply drugs to Aryan Khan.
The others were accused of asking the bail allowed by a special court on Saturday was NuPur Satija, Gomit Chopra, Gopalji Anand, Samir Sehgal, Manav Singhal and Bhaskar Arora.
Orders assurance detailed courts are not yet available.
On October 26, a special court has provided guarantees to two accused of this case – Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu.
They are the first person to get a guarantee in this case.
On October 2, NCB had raided a cruise ship and claimed to have confiscated drugs.
Earlier on Saturday, Aryan Khan walked out of Jalan Arthur’s jail in Central Mumbai, where he was submitted for the last 22 days after his arrest in this case.
