New Delhi: Nearly 112 Doses of Covid Crore Vaccines have been provided for the state and the United States so far, the UNI Ministry said on Sunday.
More than 13 balance of crores and vaccine doses that are not used are still available with the state and UTS for inoculation, he said.
The union government is committed to accelerating the steps and expanding the scope of Covid-19 vaccination throughout the country.
Vaccination drive has increased through the availability of more vaccines, advanced visibility availability of vaccines into the state and UTS to enable better planning by them, and streamline the vaccine supply chain, the ministry said.
As part of a national vaccination drive, the Indian government supports America and UT by giving them free covid vaccines.
In the new phase of the university drive vaccination of Covid, the procurement and inventory of the Free Union Government 75 percent of the vaccine produced by vaccine producers in the country to the state and UTS for inoculation, the ministry said.
