Jaipur: The home department of the country on Monday recommended the CBI investigation into hearing and disturbed speeches in the case of small children in Alwar to the Department of Personnel and Training Union (DOPT).
During a high-level meeting chaired by CM on Sunday, it was decided to submit a small girl’s investigation into the CBI.
The decision was taken after the threat of BJP agitation that was looking for the CBI probe after the state police expressed doubts about the chances of rape.
While the National Commission on Scheduled Castu (NCSC) has issued a notification to the Rajasthan government who is looking for actions taken.
Not satisfied with the comment of the police alwar about ‘not a rape incident’ and the alleged delay in the investigation, the Commission sent a notification to the Secretary of the Chief, Police DG, District collector Alwar and SP.
In the media release issued on Monday, the Commission said he had asked the authorities to ensure justice for victims.
They have been asked to investigate this problem and to submit reports directly by post or e-mail, based on facts and information about actions taken on charges in this issue.
A 15-year-old girl who suffered a critical injury in his personal part of bleeding near the flyover in Alwar on January 11.
The incident triggered the main political inclination since the first day.
Previously, the state government had ordered a high-level investigation in this case but the opposition was dissatisfied.
