Chennai: In the midst of a walk by four BJP MLA, the Tamil Nadu assembly on Tuesday once again passed the anti-neet bills sent back by the Governor of RN Ravi in February 1.
AIADMK opposition and PMK stood with DMK and his allied bills for the second bill Time in less than five months.
The bill was sent to Raj Bhavan at night.
Moving bills to be reconsidered, Minister M K Stalin said the discriminatory NEET, anti-social justice, anti-equality and fundamental rights that were enshrined in the constitution.
“My suffering is that it must be debated so long so that the worst test affects poor and rural students.
We will not give up our struggle against Neet until we succeed,” Stalin said.
“If the state legislature passes through the bill based on article 254 (1), the governor must comply with the advice of the Council of Ministers,” Stalin said, rejecting the governor’s argument to return the bill.
Stalin supports the report on justice, the Karan K committee founded by his government to study the impact of the NEET in poor students, called the Governor “Bias”.
Opposition leader Edappadi K Palaniswami told reporters that Aiaadmk would support legal action against NEET, but blamed the Congress and DMK for his existence.
“Notifications issued by the Indian Medical Council in 2010 are reasons for the introduction of Neet.
After the Supreme Court canceled NEET, the Government of the UPA led by the Congress submitted a review petition, which was opposed by the Chairman of the Minister of Jayalalithaa late.
The court returned Neet,” said Palaniswami.
