Chennai: Madras High Court on Tuesday rejected litigation of public interests transferred by the BJP Nadu Tamil unit which challenged the validity of the committee suffered by the state government to study the impact of the social and economic classes socially and economically.
“The Committee’s Constitution does not have a set of imagination can be seen on the contrary with the command of the Supreme Court or the power of the United States,” the first bench from the Chairman of the Sanjib Banerjee and Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy.
“No one stops the government selected to study the impact of the NEET,” added the court.
The problem is related to the defense transferred by the Secretary of BJP Tamil Nadu K Nagarajan.
He wanted the court to cancel the command issued by the Tamil Nadu government on June 10, a committee led by justice a K Daran.
The Petitioner argued that the committee setting was a futile practice because there was a recommendation that such a committee could not be carried out in the light of the view taken by the Supreme Court in NEET.
