New Delhi: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday slammed the center to be “blind to the troubles of students” after the Supreme Court refused to entertain the petition who was looking for the right instructions and commands to the authorities concerned to reschedule or suspend Neet UG-21.
