Shyam Divan’s senior advocate, representing the applicant, who was ordered before the bench that the notification for examination was scheduled to be held on November 13-14 this year, was issued on July 23.

It is said that in accordance with the applicable patterns, from 2018 to 2020, a 60 percent mark is given from the question in super specialties, while 40 percent are distributed for questions from feeder courses.
However, it is claimed that it is in accordance with the proposed pattern, the whole question for special super critical care will be taken from general drugs, which will leave the candidate from other disciplines in a narrow place.
“There are no instructions that there will be changes in the pattern,” Divan said.
Application, submitted through Advocates Javedur Rahman, argues that candidates have been prepared in terms of existing patterns for the past three years.
Plea then added that on previous occasions, when changes in the pattern / scheme were proposed to be carried out, the modified pattern / scheme was made to the public nearly six months before the exam.
