Chennai: The entrance test of National Feasibility (NEET) 2021 will be held in the Chengalpet District, Virudhunagar, Dindigul and Tirupur, Minister of Education Union Dharmendra Pradhan has said.
This year’s Near will be held in 18 TN regencies against 14 years 2020.
MA Health Minister Subramanian, who met Pradhan in Delhi on Thursday seeking release from Need Nadu, said the center promised to consider TN’s request.
“We present all problems including losses for students in rural areas, the differences between the CBSE syllabus and state bodies and community sentiments on the exam.
We also submit the recommendations of the AK Rajan Committee.” The state has urged the center to cancel all national level exams such as NEET as well as CBSE board.
During his first visit to Delhi, Subramanian called for Pradhan and Minister of Health Mansukh Mandaviya.

The state will do all efforts to get exceptions from the entrance, “he said.
A few minutes after the meeting, Pradhan tweeted that he told Subramanian the center would add more centers of NEET in Tamil Nadu.
“Also, sharing with it that to serve regional aspirations, the number of languages offered this year has been upgraded to 11 out of 13 with the addition of Malayalam and Punjabi.
