Gurgaon: A police attached to the Rajinder Park police station was beaten by a group of residents from the neighborhood after the argument above the parking lot.
Uday Bhan, said the police, just returned from the office and parked his car outside his rented house last Tuesday when several neighbors asked him to remove the vehicle.
They allegedly told Uday that their tenants were too needed space to park their car and he had to take the vehicle elsewhere.
Uday refused to remove his car, said he had asked permission from homeowners in Rajinder Park to park his vehicle outside the building.
The occupant group is thought to threaten it with terrible consequences.
“They want me to remove my car so that their tenants can park their vehicles.
But it’s not my business.
I have taken permission from my owner to park the car outside the house,” the police said.
As soon as Uday entered his house after parking his car, a neighboring group, including a woman, broke through.
The police were allegedly beaten on the face and stomach several times.
Some other residents in the area intervene and save Uday.
However, before leaving, the Uday striker allegedly issued a threat.
“They said ‘if you live here, we will kill you,” he said.
The source said Uday, who was from Jhajjar, had shifted to this one-room apartment after his transfer to the Rajinder Park police station.
Even though he was attacked on Tuesday, Uday filed a complaint at the Rajinder Park police station two days later.
