Vadodara: Sachin Dixit, arrested for killing his live-in pair, has shifted to the city of Vadodara just a few months ago.
The police investigation has revealed that he lived with his partner Heena aka Mehendi Pethani at Ahmedabad.
The special team formed to investigate the murder took the neighboring statement Dixit in Khodiyarnagar on Tuesday.
“We asked if he lived in another place in the city before shifting to the apartment where he killed Heena.
But the investigation revealed that Dixit had shifted to the city just a few months ago to this rented flat,” said a police officer.
The police also collected CCTV footage where he lived.
“The neighbors say that they have never heard a pair of fighting and they mostly take care of themselves.
We will be able to get more details after we get custody in Dixit,” Officially added.
Dixit was arrested three days ago after he admitted to the Gandhinagar police that he had killed Heena.
He had left their child in Gaushala in Gandhinagar and went to Uttar Pradesh.
The police have tracked it after photos of children go viral on social media.
As long as it was questioned, Dixit revealed that he had killed his live-in pair after fighting between them on October 8.
