Kathmandu: Nepal on Wednesday noted the highest single-day surge from 4.107 new Coronavirus cases because the government launched the command of occupants a few weeks ago.
According to the Ministry of Health, Nepal also recorded 35 fatalities related to Covid-19, pushing the total death toll to 9,957.
With 4,107 new cases detected, the national infection calculated it soared to 769,922, including 661,651 recovery, the Ministry said.
In recent weeks, the authorities gradually facilitate the provisions of locking.
On July 4, they raised all restrictive steps on public and private transportation services, and shops were allowed to be more operating hours.
On July 26, the Himalayan State has recorded 3,421 new Covid-19 cases, the highest single increase in the past half a month.
