The government of Karnataka slapped the cases of violations of pandemic rules on Monday against 31 people who covered Congress politicians and Kannada actors who were in the inauguration on Sunday’s 10th party party on the Mekedatu reservoir project.
The action follows criticism against the government because it does not prevent political events in Mekedatu, with people asking whether the rules are different for men and joint politicians.
There was a curfew at Karnataka to prevent Spurt from recent Coronavirus infection.
The President of the DK Shivakumar State Congress, Senior Siddaramaiiah and M Malikarjun Kharge, and Duniya Vijay and Sadhu Kokila’s actor were among those who faced allegations of norm violations.
“Submission of this case is the first step.
Other steps will follow per law.
We will not convey anyone,” said CM Basavaraj Bommai.
Shivakumar remains uninterrupted.
“We will not be blocked by those cases and will continue with our diayatra.
The government tries hard to sabot of yatra,” he said.
He accused the government was to archive cases selectively.
“Some BJP members attended a program that violated the norm.
Renukaccharya (CM political secretary) was in a bull race on Sunday.
Why isn’t there a case that was asked against them?”
