Vadodara: The local court on Wednesday triggered a guarantee for the 20-year-old Devul Fulbaze, who was arrested for cutting a seven-year-old child under his jeep in Manjalpur.
Devul is the leader of the son of Rashtriya Samaj Papha (RSP) Ghanshyam Fulbaze who plays civil polls earlier this year.
“His blood test does not reveal the existence of alcohol.
But we have sent samples for forensic tests.
