Coimbatore: The daily caseload at the district dropped under the 3,000-mark following a fortnight on Thursday, when 2,980 individuals were tested positive for Covid-19.
The afternoon also observed an all-time large 4,546 patients becoming discharged from several therapy centers, bringing the most busy Covid instances back to 37,505.
