Hyderabad: With the state government adopting new liquor policies, allowing permit space installed on liquor outlets to operate, these steps tend to produce a high number of applications from the city.
The current license will apply for more than two years, and with the body selection and local assembly that appear, many people want to register permissions.
Lottery drugs will be carried out on November 20, while new stores will come into force since December 1.
The sale of liquor during the Huzurabad poll shows the prospect of more income in the next two years.
The state government has produced more than RS 1,000 Crore through the sales of the application itself in the last auction.
Nomorized fortune is also expected to be greater this time because there is no limit to the number of applications.
The larger Hyderabad region has the majority of the state liquor stores.
“There are around 700 shops in the city and its surroundings, and these shops also depend on food sales too.
We expect more applications from the city,” officials said.
.
Rush is also expected to be greater because it does not need to pay EMD and vice versa must pay a license fee every two months.
The commission is very profitable, without annual change constraints.
Other main features of new policies include collecting RS 5 lakh at CESS for education, the environment and development.
Following the collection of GST and VAT, the state government received the third highest money from the sale of liquor.
According to officials, there may be a good response because sales are also high and reservations are carried out on license issues.
“New changes are better for new license holders than before, so newcomers can bid licenses, but many may not maintain licenses with them but sell them to others,” the sources said.
According to the government’s decision, 15% of the total store will be intended for members of the God community, 10% for SCS, and 5% for STS.
