T’puram: BJP state president K Surendran, on Wednesday, announced the list of nominated members from Kerala to the BJP National Council, State Committee and Zonal Committee office bearers of the Party.
A total of 35 people, a mix of experienced and novice leader, found a place in the list of members of the National Council released with the permission of the party’s national leadership.
KV Sreedharan, CK Padmanabhan, K Raman Pillai, G Raman Nair, G Krishnakumar, KP Sreesan, are some of the important face that made it to the list.
A total of 112 people, representing all districts, was appointed as a member of the State Committee of the Party.
In addition to the other three have been designated as Ex-Officio members of the Committee.
At the regional level, TP Jayachandran made as president Kozhikode zone.
V Unnikrishnan became president Palakkad region and N Day will lead the Regional Committee Ernakulam.
K Soman will lead the Regional Committee Thiruvananthapuram.
There are four vice presidents, three general secretary and four secretaries for each of the regional committee, apart from one treasurer and secretary respectively zonal organization.
The formation of the new committee comes as part of the party’s decision to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level.
