New noc fire rules regarding high projects under NMRDA

Nagpur: The Director of State Fire Safety will further issue an objection certificate (NOCS) for high buildings and a 500 square meter structure under the authority of the Development of Nagpur Metropolitan (NMRDA).
In recent order, the state government of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation firefighting department of strength to publish NOC while to projects under NMRDA.
The control rules for the new Integrated Development Plan (UDCPR), which came into force since December 2020, the Bar of the NMC Fire Department issued a temporary NOC or permanent fire compliance with anything.
Rise Project is outside the city limits.
“This step has delayed most projects under NMRDA’s jurisdiction,” said the developer Vinod Kubde, who had submitted his objections to the state government’s decision.
The rules assign that unless a developer gets a temporary Fire NOC, a person cannot propose a development plan to NMRDA for sanctions.
With no fire station under the Jurisdiction of NMRDA, the Director of the State Fire Extinguisher Santosh Warik has been allowed to issue a temporary Fire NOC and certificate of compliance with all high-rise projects according to UDPCR.
