Anuradha Roy award-winning novelist is the next book, a story about the ways that change love and live in the modern world, will release on September 3, Publishing House Hachette India announced on August 5.
In the book, titled “The Earthspinner”, Roy sued “Living and Mind of Elango Potter, who must navigate complex and impossible love, dedication of beloved pets, his own desires for creativity and the world upside down by small violence which characterizes today” ,
“This novel is about the theme that is close to my heart: creativity, freedom to live and love – which in our country is limited by the community, religion, state abuse.
“This novel is about two people who struggle to free themselves from such shackles to create a happier world,” said Roy, the last book “all the lives we have never lived” have won the Tata literature! Book of the Year Award 2018.
According to the publishers, the book, moving between India and Britain, reflects many ways in which the East meets in the West and “exhales new life into ancient myths, provides a allegorical form in fanaticism against reasons and imagination.”
