Prayagraj: Good news awaits district students, especially from rural backgrounds, who want to pursue various courses carried out through polytechnic colleges.
Construction work College Polytechnic New Government in Umaria Badal alias Soron Tehsil Village in the Trans-Ganga area in the district has begun.

The responsibility of building the Polytechnic has been given to Rajkiya Nirman NiGam (UPRNN) which is expected to complete construction work in 2023.
Principal of the Government Women’s Polytechnic Polytechnic, Teliyarganj Shailendra Pratap has been appointed by project officials.
“Construction work now starts with the release of funds by the state government.
The implementing agency has been given two years to complete construction,” he added.
Pratap said that Polytechnic College built will have special administrative blocks and will have a modern laboratory decorated with the gadgets needed for the benefit of the students.

For teachers who work in the polytechnic, the campus will also have a house so that faculty members can do their duties easily and comfortably without spending a long time and from college, he said.
Prayagraj currently has five government polytechnic colleges including the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology (Iert), North Regional Printing Technology Institute (NRIrt), Government Girl Polytechnic at the table, College Polytechnic in Handia and Government of Polytechnic Government, Teliyarganj.
These institutions face acute teachers’ shortcomings and most depend on the faculty members or contract teachers to teach students.
The five technical institutions have a total of 291 teacher positions subject to sanctions but only 65 teachers at this time there -a gathered 22 percent of the total sanction power.
