Greater Noida: A woman who has just married in her twenties, brutally attacked by her husband and her mother-in-law with a knife and iron object to cause injury to her.
The woman who married on July 2 this year, has suffered a serious injury in the hand, rear, chest and personal.
According to the female family, the girl belongs to Bhikpur Village in the Rabupura Greater Noida area, married Deepak, a native of Haryana Ballabhgarh.
The girl’s family has given a suitable gift and serves her husband and in-laws.
However, they accused that they did not meet the demands of bullets and 50,000 cash bicycles.
On July 29, when the sister went to her in-laws’ house to pick her up, she noticed that her sister seemed unhealthy.
When they took him home and asked him about it, he revealed that he was beaten by his husband and Venfati mother-in-law.
The defendant was suspected of using iron to hurt his hand and he suffered a burn scar in his hand.
He also suffered several injuries to his personal part, his legs, chest and back.
Venvati allegedly told her son to hang him with a fan and everyone would think he died of suicide.
They alleged that her husband Deepak arrived at Bhikpur on Thursday night and his mother reached around 12 noon on Friday and threw a violation to them, claiming that while the girl was survived this time, he would not survive in the future.
Apart from strict accusations, Rabupura police first sent Deepak to prison under 151 CRPC (violating peace).
However, when the family insisted on the FIR Inn, a case was submitted against Deepak and Vevati on Monday under the IPC 323 section (punishment because it voluntarily caused injury), 324 (voluntarily caused injured by weapons or dangerous facilities), 504 (intentionally insults , and thus giving provocations to break up public peace, or to commit another violation), 506 (criminal intimidation), 498-a (husband or relative of a woman’s husband made him atrocities) and part 3 and 4 of the 3 and 4 dowry action.
When contacted, Rabupura Sho Dinesh Yadav said that Deepak youth claimed that his wife shared about several medical conditions treated by a doctor and he was due to beaten to be beaten.
“The girl has been sent for medical examination and fir it has been submitted,” he said.
