New simpler rules provide drone turbo accusations

Bengaluru: The Drone Rule 2021, which replaces the unmanned aircraft (UAS) aircraft (UAS) which was brought earlier this year, eliminating many documents, simplifying procedures, and reducing compliance loads.
The most important change is the elimination of the security permits needed to carry out any activity in this sector, and the launch of interactive air space maps with green, yellow and red zones, which will make it easier for operators to fly drones.
“UAS rules show severe licensing regimes, technical and operational requirements that cannot be penetrated and high penalties.
With the rules replaced in just four months, he opened the sector both horizontally and vertically,” said SMIT Shah, Director of the Indian Drone Federation, a Agencies representing more than 80 manufacturers, 120 operators and 2,000 pilot drones.
The drone corridor will be developed for shipping cargo.
It has been determined that the coverage of the drone under the Rules of the Drone 2021 has increased from 300 kilograms to 500 kilograms to include drone carriers and taxi drones.
Some approval is abolished under new rules including unique authorization numbers, unique prototype identification numbers, conformity certificates, maintenance certificates, operator permits, authorization of pilot research and development organizations, and remote pilot instructor authorization.
No required permission to operate drones in the green zone and up to 200 feet in the area between 8 and 12 km from the airport perimeter.
Fly in the yellow and red zone requires previous permission.
“The previous system was tighter.
To buy a drone, one requires security permissions.
So that’s why there are 600,000 drones in India, only 50 who get identification numbers,” said Swapnik Jakkampuddi, Co-Founder Skye Air Mobility, Drone operator that works with the government Telangana on the project to provide drugs to provide drugs by drones.
“In stakeholder consultation, Nasscom has highlighted the need to re-assess requirements without permission without taking off (NPNT).
Rules that are notified today, provide flexibility in the implementation of NPNT and provide a minimum period of six months for compliance, if known by the government,” Nasscom said in a statement.
