New University in Aligarh: Modi PM visit to improve BJP’s efforts to Woo JATS

Lucknow: The visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Aligarh on Tuesday will be very important for the BJP JAT outreach and the state of the construction of the state government in the assembly process.
According to sources, PM is expected to announce a course related to defense studies and training at the university because it will help students from the region to be absorbed in a unit established in the Defense Corridor between Chitrakoot and Aligarh, expanding west in the West and Lucknow in the center.
Address PM is likely to focus on Jat King and its contribution to the region, experts said.
PM visits came during opposition and trade unions trying to win JATS which formed a large population in the region.
The dominance of JAT above is seen until Mathura even though King Mahendra Pratap Singh has opposed the selection of Lok Sabha from Mathura in 1957 defeating Jan Sangh candidates and former Prime Minister Bihari Vajpayee.
King Mahendra Pratap Singh, an alumni of the Anglo-Oriental Mohammedan College (MAO), who later became Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has provided land of 3.04 acres to universities on rent for school construction in 1929.
He donated the land.
He donated land to various educational institutions, including AMU.
Experts of King Mahendra Pratap Singh (Ani) believe that the idea behind establishing the University of King Mahendra Pratap Singh can create other educational centers that are parallel to the Muslim University of Aligarh, an institution managed centrally.
During the 2017 election campaign, Chairman of Yogi Ministers Adityanath said, “Mahendra Pratap Singh has provided land for the purpose of establishing a university but his name has not been mentioned on any plaque.” He also promised to establish another university on behalf of the JAT leader.
This area is very important for BJP because it is always in the centrestage because the JAT community is vocal and dominant.
After the riot of Muzaffarnagar, JATS shifted loyalty to BJP gave him the advantage in the 2014 Sabha Lok selection and in the election of the 2017 assembly after pre-polls about Cujoling the community.
However, in the selection of Lok Sabha 2019, JATS showed some disappointment that gave BJP sleepless nights and last minute political maneuvers.
Ahead of the upper assembly election, BJP once again wanted to win JATS again when Bharatiya Kisan Union, was led by a leader of JAT Rakesh Tikait, trying to leave the impact on the community by sweeping the problem of farmers.
However, BJP think-tank believes that PM speech around King JAT will help the party in his outreach plan.
On the Development Front, PM is expected to inaugurate the Aligarh code of the defense corridor because some companies have signed an agreement to regulate their units.
