Microsoft has begun launching Windows 11 Insider Preview of Build 22499 to the Dev channel.
The company has also released new ISO images from the latest Windows 11 preview manufacture for clean installations.
Build brings several new features along with performance improvements.
In accordance with the Build support page, the operating system will now allow users to share content on their screen directly from the taskbar.
During a call through the communication platform, the user will see a button to share the screen when they drift above the application that runs on the taskbar.
Users will also see options to stop sharing and choose other windows also by floating above the application in the taskbar.
Until now, this feature is only available with Microsoft teams but other platforms such as zoom and slack can also build functionality into their applications.
This feature will only be available for the Windows insider subset with the Microsoft team to work or the school installed.
This means that not everyone will see this feature immediately with their team call.
Last week, the company added the ability to quickly deactivate and open an active meeting call directly from the taskbar.
It is expected that its features will be available for all users.
Apart from this feature, the Clock application now supports entering with Microsoft Work and School Accounts with the latest Build.
This week, Microsoft also released new Windows 11 updates, labeled KB5007215, to the public.
Updates fix problems where latent l3 cache measured and functional in several AMD processors increased three times.
It also discusses problems where features such as the snipping tool, touch keyboard, emoji panels and others failed to load because the certificate ended on October 31.
