PANAJI: Minesh Narvestar has written to Porvorim police, the Minister of Health and the Medical Council of Goa requested his complaint into the allegations of the Porvorim-based doctor and hospital negligence, which leads to the death of narvestar nephew, seen and it will be registered with a doctor for death due to negligence .
Narvestar has also asked the police deputy supervisor to direct the police to register and fire doctors and hospitals for death under the 304 A IPC for death due to negligence, part 503 of the Indian criminal code (IPC) for injury to people, reputation or property and parts 506 from IPC for punishment for criminal intimidation.
Complaints stated that the procedure during labor was carried out in a truly negligent way and the family was not told about the serious problem faced by the child.
He also attached a video of a doctor who allegedly threatened to kill him, with his complaint.
