News losing life in fire at Ahmednagar Hospital painful: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said it was painful to see the loss of life after a fire in a hospital in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra and urged party workers to help help work.
He also sent condolences to their families who were killed in fire.
At least 10 Coronavirus patients were killed and one person suffered serious burns after a large fire broke out in the ICU of the District Civil Hospital in the city of Ahmednagar Maharashtra on Saturday, officials said.
Blaze erupted around 11am at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where 20 Covid-19 patients were undergoing treatment, they said.
“News of the fire at Ahmednagar Hospital was painful.
My condolences to their families who lost their lives.
I begged Congress workers to help in the help of help,” said the former president of Congress in a post on Facebook.
