NGOs looking for NOD HC Bombay for the Muharram process

Mumbai: Allow the process and ritual of Muharram, an NGO urging the Bombay High Court, showing that the sidewalks on the local train, shops, malls and restaurants were appointed.
“Mumbai has opened and the following state government limits relaxed,” said the petition by All-India Idaara-e-Tahafuz-Hussaiyat.
This urged HC to allow procession from August 18-20 for two hours every day by “allowing 1,000 people in mourning rituals with restrictions” and individual procession.
The petition stated that the August 9 unlock guidelines prohibited the process and stated that Muslims must observe Moharrum at home, such as other religions.
It does not allow issuing TAZIA (Replica of Mausoleum Imam Husain) and a local administration nod is needed to set up Sabeels (where food and water are distributed).
The petition stated that Tazias was “the intrinsic part of Shia religion, which has been carried out since centuries without Moharrum’s ritual is incomplete.” Last year, HC only allowed a tazley with strict limits in the state.
The NGO petition said the strict 2020 Moharrum guidelines must be relaxed this year because of the locking situation is not the same.
This problem is listed to hear on Tuesday.
